• 710 is a "walk-up" home. There is no elevator.
• Hi speed internet, dishwasher and washer dryer is available for all suites.
• The management is located on site.
• Suites have two sets of keys available for use.
• Guests must adhere to local trash recycling laws.
• Suites are non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted in Garden and on Suite 3 terrace.
• Suite 1 sleeps 3, Suites 3 & 4 sleeps 4; a surcharge will be applied for additional guests. (see Rates)
• There is a 3-day minimum stay required.

How to Book

• A 25% deposit is required via credit card to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations made 60 days prior will receive a full refund, 30 days or more prior 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• There is no refund of the deposit for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to first day of reservation.
• The balance is payable in cash upon arrival and inspection of the unit.
• A US $300 refundable security deposit is required at check in.
• Full details are included in the rental contract.
